If you’ve read something here that landed, or didn’t, or stung in a way you want to tell me about — this is where to do it.

I read every message. I reply when I can, which is not always quickly. If you’re writing for the first time and you don’t hear back for a week, that is normal and not a comment on whether your message was worth answering. It almost certainly was.

Things I’m happy to hear about: a piece that helped, a piece that missed, a topic you wish someone would write about, a research framework you want me to look at, a sentence I wrote that turned out to be wrong.

Things I can’t do: act as a therapist, recommend specific treatments, respond to crises in real time, or weigh in on whether your specific situation “counts” as trauma. (It does. We do not rank.)

If you are in crisis right now, the resources at the bottom of this page are faster than I am.
